**Pros:** One of the highest-paying survey companies I've encountered. Simple sign-up process. Numerous new studies added weekly.

User Interviews is a consumer research firm that connects companies with questions to consumers who have relevant opinions (that’s you!). These companies often seek real feedback on new products or website/app designs they are launching. They have assisted over 4,500 companies in gathering such feedback, including well-known names like:

**Why are these companies compensating consumers for their opinions?**
Making a mistake by launching an unsuitable product or a confusing website can be very costly! Therefore, companies are willing to invest some money upfront to ensure they get it right.

Absolutely, User Interviews is a legitimate facilitator of consumer research projects. Last year, over 90,000 participants were compensated, and the site adds about 5,000 new studies every month. Since its inception in 2016, the company has distributed over $57 million in incentives with the average study yielding over $45. In total, User Interviews participants have completed more than 500,000 sessions across over 160,000 studies. In late 2022, User Interviews secured an additional $27.5M in venture funding for its continued growth, bringing its total funding to over $43M.
**How Does User Interviews Work?**
After signing up for User Interviews, you'll gain access to all available projects. For instance, upon logging in, you will see:
- Payment for each study
- Estimated duration
- Type of study
- A brief overview of what the researcher seeks
You can click on specific studies for more details (and to apply). For each study you’re interested in, a brief screening survey must be completed. If selected, you will receive a text/email with further instructions. Once the study is finished, payment is made via PayPal, Amazon gift card, Visa gift card, or another digital gift card. Most participants qualify for their first study within 24 hours of joining!

**Add Your Technical Details**

For optimal results, complete your profile thoroughly and honestly. If you registered using your email, you’ll be encouraged to link your LinkedIn and Facebook profiles for increased qualification chances for studies.
